Research Intern - Fire Protection Engineering Lab
Established in 1989, Yuan Ze University may be young by traditional standards, yet it has been recognized as a model for newly emerging universities within the shortest period. Currently, Yuan Ze has five colleges including the Colleges of Engineering, Informatics, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Electrical and Communications Engineering. There are over 9,000 students with a 2:1 ratio between undergraduate and graduate students on campus.
During my undergrad in Industrial Engineering, the 6th Semester was a mandatory Project Semester for all students. In that semester I took an internship in the Lab of Dr. Lin in Fire Protection Engineering. This experience of my life was life-changing as I got a lot of exposure over those 6 months. Met students from all over the world and had the best learning experience. I became a much more confident person.

Got introduced to entrepreneurship and I survived without a sim card purely depending on the internet and different mobile and web apps. This was the time when I decided to build my career in consumer tech.

Organized a cultural event in which all international students showcased their country and culture one day at a time.

Organized a Holi event in Taipei City in which around 100 People Participated and it was a massive success.
