As the first hire of Youdao Netease in India, I established U-Dictionary's first office in New Delhi, India, and scaled it to a team of 10 members. I drove 20 million app installs making U Dictionary, the most downloaded app under ed-tech category on Playstore in India.

Lead 3 times growth and achieved a DAU of 3 million in India with more than 20 million app installs. Lead multiple outbound marketing campaigns in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia with the main target audience being Tier 2 Tier 3, and even lower-tier cities
