Demand Generation - Fatafat by Jugnoo

Jugnoo, India's largest auto (TukTuk) aggregator and a leading hyperlocal startup, offers diverse services like passenger rides, B2B and B2C deliveries including groceries, fruits, and vegetables, restaurant food, medicines, etc.

It introduced an on-demand concierge service provider - Fatafat in 2016 that caters to all kinds of delivery needs of a user. Thus, Jugnoo aimed to become a one-stop solution for all the daily hyperlocal needs of its users.

Joined Fatafat as a demand generation intern in Pune in 2016. Jugnoo already had a fleet of 1000 Plus autos in Pune for ride-hailing and wanted to use the existing fleet for hyperlocal delivery of goods as well. I was the first member of the Fatafat team in Pune and worked closely with the existing Operations Manager of Jugnoo.

Since Pune is a big city, my strategy was to onboard at least 50 shops in 2-3 neighborhoods where Jugnoo's fleet is most active. I reached out to 300 Plus shops and activated 50 shops in a month's time.
