Videoshops is a social commerce platform that enables creators to launch their shoppable marketplace within seconds. Videoshops has millions of Dropship and Affiliate products in its Universal Merchant Engine across different categories. Creators can add these products to their marketplaces and earn a commission every time a product is bought from their marketplace. 

As a Product Manager, I worked directly with the VP of Product, CTO, and CEOs. I worked with a team of 2 designers, 8 Engineers, and 1 Product Owner. I worked extensively with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and to keep all stakeholders aligned with the product vision. 

  • Rolled out features such as Social Sigup/SignIn, Creator & Brand Analytics Dashboard, QR Code Enabled Marketplaces. 

  • Improved Creator Onaborading & Brand Onboarding experience, Checkout Experience, and product discovery experience for creators.

  • Saved 80K USD/Annum by switching to Hubspot from Salesforce. Migrated our entire data from Salesforce to Hubspot and also trained internal teams on how to use Hubspot. 

  • Helped creator and brand teams with automated e-mail marketing outreach.
